That's how we develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.Your key responsibilitiesAdvisory our clients in their business and strategic decisions related to Real Estate; Portfolio and Investmentanalysis; Participation in all phases of a transaction and advisory process (buy-side and sell-side); Participation in all activities related to single and portfolio asset sale including the sourcing of new projects and the preparation of investment materials, potential investor identification, direct contact and follow-up; Development of financialmodels and different strategic alternatives (M&A, IPO, asset developments, assets under operation, etc.) and for different equity structures; Corporate, portfolio andasset-level valuation analysis; Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client teasers, investor information memorandum and other transaction-related marketing documents, both in English and Portuguese; Transaction diligence (buy-side and sell-side/carve-out), including lender diligence, real estate asset diligence and transaction closing; Team with our capital strategy/brokerage platform, which includes property and real estate transactions and fund raising; Skills and attributes for successExcellent interpersonal and business skills; Exceptional financial modeling, analytical and research skills; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management; Efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment; Professional responsibility, confidentiality and integrity; Dedicated, innovative, resourceful and able to work under pressure; Team player
