You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver innovative solutions and insights that help our clients optimize their real estate assets and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed research and analysis on various aspects of the real estate market, including market trends, building performance, regulations, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive strategies and recommendations for clients, based on- driven insights and best industry practices. Prepare and present compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Provide architectural/engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including planning overview, concept definition and feasibility analysis. Evaluate and assess the technical feasibility and viability of proposed development projects, considering factors such as site constraints, building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental impact. Conduct site visits, inspections, and due diligence assessments to gather relevant data and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications. Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging trends in the real estate market. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural/engineering consulting or strategic planning. Proficiency in architectural/engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to- technical audiences effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc. ) is a plus.
