That's how we develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients, and for our communities.Your key responsibilitiesSupport our Construction team in strategic and operational activities; Conduct technical due diligence and urban planning analysis; Conduct physical inspections of buildings and data collection; Review Engineering projects; Lead technical meetings with general clients, contractors, designers, architects, and consultants; Conduct Project Management activities based on PMI methodology; Prepare status reports and project management tools; Collaborate with people across Strategy and Transactions, as well as the broader EY team to support service delivery outcomes and cross-teaming.Skills and attributes for successExcellent interpersonal and business skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external forums; Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively prioritize competing demands; A proactive, supportive,and respectful approach to their team, and able to function under pressure while demonstrating judgment in the need for escalation when required; Advanced report writing,analysis, and problem-solving; Fluency in business English and Portuguese is mandatory, both verbal and written; Excellent communication and presentation skills.To qualify for the role, you must haveAcademic education in Civil Engineering or similar fields of study; At least 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience; Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and PM tools; Demonstrated track record in solving complex problems and challenging projects; Background in BIM software is valued; Certification in PMP is valued; Fluency in Portuguese and English.What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
