MissionThe Digital Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategies in the real estate industry, develop, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, increasing online visibility and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads for our industry. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strong creative skills, and proven experience in digital marketing. Ideally this person must have a strong background in real estate and hospitality development, team spirit and a keen eye for detail.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing strategies to promote real estate properties (residential and commercial) across online platforms.Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, social media posts, blogs, and printed materials.Manage the company's online presence on relevant platforms such as real estate websites, social media, and search engines.Develop SEO and SEM strategies to enhance search engine visibility.Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with SEO best practices.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital platforms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others.Collaborate with the sales team to create customized marketing materials for potential clients.Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust, as necessary.Stay up to date on real estate market trends and marketing best practices.Participate in industry events and networking to promote the company and develop relationships with clients and partners.Provide support and guidance to the company's real estate agents to optimize their marketing activities.Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics and emerging trends in the real estate market.Prepare regular marketing performance reports, highlighting ROI and areas for improvement.Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Coordinate and oversee the production of high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, and virtual tours, to showcase properties effectively.Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote property listings, and engage with clients.Monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries on various platforms to maintain a positive brand image and address customer concerns promptly.Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to design marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.Provide training and guidance to real estate agents on marketing techniques and tools to enhance their effectiveness in promoting listings and closing deals.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives, including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).Continuously explore new marketing channels and technologies to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation in the real estate marketing landscape.Key Requirements5-10 years previous experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools such as of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media strategies.Experience managing content marketing and email marketing campaigns.Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make strategic decisions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional time management skills.Creativity and analytical skills to develop and evaluate effective marketing strategies.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
