We operate globally in the office sector, focusing on investment and leasing to meet the needs of the group in our 60 countries. Our team consists of experienced professionals covering all aspects of real estate investment management.As part of our development, we are recruiting a VIE (12-month minimum) for the position of Real Estate Manager at Horizon 4, real estate company.Your Role :Investment opportunity analysis:Preparation, with the real estate team, of investment opportunity notes for the Mantu Group to purchase new offices (creation or replacement of an existing office)Financial modeling of these opportunitiesDue diligence (technical, legal, tax, and notarial) of selected opportunitiesEstablishment of contractual documentationParticipation in the monitoring of development worksEstablishment of contractual documentation and monitoring of post-acquisition documents (as this is often the bottleneck and time-consuming)Management of assets held by the real estate company:Monitoring the establishment of lease contracts with different tenantsMonitoring invoicing and rent indexationCollection and analysis of data from our various officesSupport in the preparation of management reportsResearch, negotiation, and establishment of marketing mandatesRelationship and follow-up with third parties (managers, brokers, agencies, suppliers, etc.)Participation in cross-functional studies and projects of Horizon 4 real estate companyParticipation in the application of ESG criteria and the creation of environmental measuresIdeal Profile :Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, with a specialization in finance or real estateYou have previous internship/apprenticeship experience in financial and/or real estate domains, with an Asset Manager, PE fund, or institutional investor, ideally with knowledge of the European office real estate marketYou possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and have a high level of mathematical agilityProficiency in financial valuation and modeling concepts, as well as ExcelMastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivityFluent in French and English, any other language is a plus."Mantu" is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
