We specialize in crafting bespoke homes and villas, blending modern luxury with historic charm through innovative design and sustainable practices.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through the property development or investment process.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and avenues for growth within the real estate market in Portugal and Spain.Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients, architects, designers, and construction teams.Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings, manage sales processes, and enhance the company's market presence.Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability, ensuring adherence to financial goals and targets.Requirements:Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field within the real estate or luxury lifestyle sector.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.Knowledge of real estate markets in Portugal and Spain, including property trends, regulations, and transaction processes.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience.Benefits:Commission based first 6 months after Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a dynamic and innovative company.Collaborative work environment with a diverse and talented team.Participation in shaping the future of luxury real estate development in Portugal and Spain.Share package in the company.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications, relevant experience, and motivation for joining Iberia Vista Ventures.
