We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Real Estate Asset Management Analyst.Main taskes and responsabilitiesStrategic Planning Implementation:Business Plan Implementation: Support the development and execution of the Business Plan outlined for each asset.Budget Monitoring: Track budget performance, identifying and addressing deviations or necessary adjustments.Operational Expenditure (OpEx) ManagementUndertake actions necessary for maintenance, repair, or modernization/rehabilitation of the assets under management.Capital Expenditure (CapEx) ManagementCoordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.Ensure the launch of supervision and construction tenders in line with the business plan and monitor on-site project coordination and execution.Existing Leasing Contract Management:Ensure lease management, including contractual aspects, tenant relations and rent control.New Leasing Contract Management:Assist in implementing the commercial and marketing plan defined for the project.Participate in the negotiation and execution of new leasing contracts, ensuring alignment with the business plan objectives and regulatory requirements.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze data and assumptions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Prior experience in real estate asset management or related field is preferred.
