Job Description
In your role as process development engineer, you are responsible for enhancing, developing, and industrializing manufacturing processes with a focus on tire building and cold preparation.
Your role as an R&D function has a strong interaction with technology and material development. At the same time, you handle the interfaces to central machine technology engineering, central quality, and the plants to industrialize processes for tire building and preparation of semi-finished products.
In the process development team focusing on tire assembly (tire building and stock preparation), you will become the responsible interface in pilot production and industrialization as a project member, project leader, or as a line task.
You will be shaping and implementing machine requirements, process specifications, and global process rules to achieve improved tire performances and production quality.
For the evaluation of these characteristics, you will perform statistical analysis of production parameters and execute processing trials.
Hybrid work is possible in this position, with the "center of work" expected to be on-site.

Qualifications
Master's degree in an Engineering area (preferably) or Natural Science.
Aptitude or professional experience in the tire business (processing, manufacturing, or engineering) or R&D field is valued;
Project management skills;
Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy;
Good communication and interaction skills;
Capability to lead cross-functional teams;
Capability to work in international teams;
Solid computer skills and proficiency in Office tools;
English language skills (written and spoken);
