Your role in our team We are looking for a skilled and creative R&D Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and testing mechanical systems and components for various projects. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, as well as proficiency in CAD software and hands-on experience with prototyping and testing equipment.
Main Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes for customer and R&D projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the performance of mechanical designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
Prototype and test mechanical components to evaluate performance and reliability.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical designs and propose effective solutions.
Perform calculations of static and/or kinematic nature to assess the strength and characteristics of the mechanical assemblies.
Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, and data sheets.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Min 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an R&D environment.
Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Solid English skills (verbal and written).
Results-oriented, with strong time and priorities management skills.
Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Autonomous, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
Flexibility.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Knowledge of Machinery Safety standards is a plus.
