At Vestas R&D Continuous Improvement, you have the opportunity to shape our path toward a sustainable world.ResponsibilitiesAs part of VPS continuous improvement team, your primary responsibility will be to support the improvement, governance, and maintenance of methods and tools for the product and process development steps in Vestas. This includes:Support organization on defining and implementing systems engineeringSupport technical areas in correctly implementing the product development methods and extract the added value of a standard methodParticipate in root cause analysis to determine detection and systemic root causes of reported field issuesFollow up on tasks and deliverables for improvement-related projectsCollaborate closely with modules and product groups to track product quality throughout the entire development cycle and create preventive actionsSupport the creation of tools and methods to ensure compliance of the development processes and practices with quality standardsCreate and implement systems, templates, and tools for the continuous improvement activitiesQualificationsTo fit well into the position, you should ideally possess the following qualifications:A bachelor or master's degree in Engineering or relevant experience2+ years experience working in product development ideally of mature industries e.g., automotive, aviation, aerospace, etc.Experience in quality or technical areas in R&D projects is advantageousGeneral knowledge of ISO 9001 is a valuable assetExperience with APIS IQ FMEA and/or Visure IRQA is valuedGood communication skills in English, both orally and writtenIn addition to the technical qualifications, it is extremely important that you are motivated and demonstrate the right personal competencies that the position requires.
