In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to regenerate and optimize energy from machines, contributing to our commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to capture, store, and utilize energy generated by machines. Conduct thorough analysis of machine operations and energy usage to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers to integrate energy regeneration systems seamlessly into existing machinery. Utilize advanced control systems and algorithms to optimize energy usage and minimize waste. Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of energy regeneration systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in energy regeneration and automation to continuously improve processes and systems. Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders and clients regarding energy regeneration solutions. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in automation engineering with a focus on energy regeneration and optimization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for developing control algorithms and automation scripts. Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and SCADA systems. Experience with energy storage systems, renewable energy technologies, and power electronics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with advancements in automation and energy technologies.
