Description:
Performance Management and Service Delivery Works closely with the R2R Lead to ensure compliance with tax and statutory legislation.
Prepares tax filings for all entities in scope in line with tax legislation, for review before submission.
Prepares tax journal entries and group reporting schedules.
Interacts proactively with the teams (e.g., R2R, Indirect Tax, Assets, IC) to provide support or obtain clarification on any tax or statutory related topic.
Interacts proactively with local teams to support them and fulfill any queries presented.
Prepares and collects information requested by the external auditors and tax authorities.
INE and COPE reporting management.
Supports productivity objectives and continuous improvement, process changes, and leading practices to have an efficient and effective process.
Compliance Ensures all processes, policies, and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented, and aligned with IFRS and local statutory accounting principles.
Promotes a strong control environment, follows up on allocated audit issues, and implements corrective measures.
People Actively supports collaboration by being inclusive, proactive, respectful, and results-driven.
Acts service-oriented to deliver a high-performing organization and contributes to improvements/standard solutions while cultivating a customer service focus culture.
Profile:
Education:
University-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
Languages:
English (written and spoken - mandatory).
Experience:
2-3+ years of financial experience, with in-depth reporting and tax expertise.
Ability to work in a multinational and matrix organization.
SAP knowledge.
Previous experience in reporting, statutory, and IFRS accounting.
Previous relevant experience in tax accounting and reporting.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (nice to have).
