Quality Tester

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop and execute functional, integration, regression and automation tests, when applicable; Perform exploratory testing to detect undocumented problems; Create, maintain and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios; Identify bugs/defects and report them using appropriate tools; Create detailed bug reports with screenshots and step-by-step explanations to reproduce the problem; Use test and defect management tools; Participate in meetingswhen necessary; Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes; Comply with the projectstandards on testing policies, criteria, strategy and procedure; Communicate effectivelywith project stakeholders; Escalate work issues tothe appropriate levels. Profile: At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions; Experience in design, planning and execution of functional testing; Experience with test management tools, defect management tools and reporting; Experience with Regression, Integration and E2E Testing; Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Excellent communication, planning and organization skills; Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Capacity for initiative, dynamism and proactivity. Nice-to-have: Degree in computer science or similar; SQL Knowledge; ISTQB Foundation Certification; Spanish/Castilian communication skills.
