Job Description
WHAT?
Empower suppliers to continuously deliver COS product quality in line with our vision to Disrupt Luxury Fashion by:
Feeding suppliers COS Quality Foundation (making and workmanship standards, production 'know how', detail that make the difference) as well as COS Future Quality Direction.
Empowering suppliers according to Luxurious Making and Zero Defect strategy (from sample development in sample room to inline and final stages in production lines).
Leading suppliers and their production organization, system & process, and capability to deliver COS requirements.
Product Quality ownership, end-to-end (from sample to bulk to customer use).
Secure sample making, measurements and technical risks.
Perform inline and final quality inspections.
Co-executing market development plans, supplier strategy and product strategy with Merchandising and Quality managers.
Monitor and manage Quality performance of product and supplier regularly, constantly feedback and take necessary actions to level up.

Majority of time at suppliers, in factories as well as close cooperation with Buying Office Pattern makers and Merchandisers.
Qualifications
Relevant production type(s) knowledge - high complexity level preferably in woven and tailoring.
Strong Technical and Production Quality experience.
Product development experience including sampling process.
Luxury brand background and experience is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Flexibility to travel.
