We're currently looking for a Quality Support Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting the Quality Management team by assisting with various quality processes, supporting high-level tasks, and ensuring adherence to standards.
This position requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in quality, who will work closely with the Quality Management Specialist and the Quality Process Specialist to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality systems. The Quality Support Specialist will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, assisting in management reviews, and providing necessary support in the continuous improvement of quality processes.
