As a Quality Strategy and Innovation Manager, you will define Bosch's corporate quality strategy and innovation for the upcoming years, directly impacting the quality standards with which we develop technology invented for life. For that you will:Develop a strategic vision and planning cycle for Bosch Group corporate quality; Promote innovation in the quality fields, through projects and initiatives that can impact quality globally; Support the definition and implementation of strategic planning or workshops for Bosch group business divisions; Promote benchmarking practices across divisions; Define regulation and governance principles for corporate quality in Bosch Group.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: degree in Management, Business Administration, Strategy or similar; Experience: experience in leading innovation projects in international and complex contexts. Experience in the definition and execution of strategic planning cycles. Experience in strategic consulting. Ideally, with a business and quality management background; Know how: good knowledge and understanding of project management (phases, processes and best practices); Working Style: strategic, dynamic and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and collaborate with cross divisions international teams; Personality: proactive and autonomous, with an assertive and inspiring communication style. Interested in working in an international setup, with ability to adapt and influence; Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus
