As a key member of our Quality department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the form of quality reports, leveraging digitization tools to create interactive and informative reports that meet the needs of our stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Quality Report Optimization: Analyze existing quality reporting processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and optimize the format and structure of quality reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights, using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant data visualization platforms. Establish a simple and comprehensive library of quality KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to streamline reporting efforts. Data Analysis: Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in quality metrics. Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to derive meaningful insights. Analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks. Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast potential quality problems and proactively address them to the stakeholders as early warning.
