Quality Manager - Vendas Novas

Descrição Ensures business goals are achieved, continuously developing Quality Systems to delight customer's requirements;

Resource planning and budgeting;

KPI definition & On time reporting on Quality related KPIs;

Drives continuous improvement programs by developing processes, systems, tools and techniques;

Supplier Quality Engineering (Drive supply chain quality improvement programs;

Coordinates Quality Planning (APQP), validating NPI through the development cycle up to mass production;

Use lean management and process management to build on the quality system;

Reviews practices, procedures and processes seeking avenues to improve efficiency's and effectiveness and reduce risk to quality;

Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans, as necessary;

Coordinates on-site Customer Quality activities.
Perfil ideal Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering;

5 years of experience in a similar working environment in Quality;

Experience working in an industrial environment;

Knowledge of raw materials and related production process;

Knowledge of industry technology and related manufacturing processes (preference);

Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans, as necessary;

Knowledge of ISO and other accreditations;

Experience of working in a SAP environment

Hands on profile with teamwork experience;

Fluent level of English is mandatory.
