.OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for a Quality Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our QM Team with day-to-day activities. What you'll do: Develop, implement, and maintain the activities inherent to the Quality Management (QM) System, in close collaboration with all area managers. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 or other relevant standards or regulations. Support in process mapping and workflows definition, reflecting the practices instituted in the company. Support, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management platform, ensuring its effective documentation control and integration into the organization's activities. Collaborate with the Internal Audit Program to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and determine any improvement opportunities. Propose and monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective actions, and recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement. Implement leading metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools to optimize QM performance. Develop and provide training for employees or teams on a regular basis, to enhance QM awareness. Outline with the other departments the appropriate strategy for document management. Collaborate with the Compliance team in the assessment of applicable laws and other regulatory topics of interest. Perform other work tasks according to the manager's instructions. What you'll need: Degree in related field (Science / Engineering) or equivalent is a plus. 1+ year of experience in Quality. Experience and/or training in implementation/maintenance of QMS, according to reference ISO 9001. Solid understanding of QMS platform management. Knowledge of regulatory affairs surveillance. Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, ...) will be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
