Quality, Health, Safety And Environment Technician

To be close to our installation teams all over the world Your Tasks:
- Ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations regarding health and safety at work;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system;
- Inform the QHSE manager as well as management about situations that jeopardize the health and safety of workers, especially those that require immediate intervention;
- Advice, guide and promote awareness of all Workers in the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures;
- Work together with Occupational Medicine to ensure the promotion and protection of workers' health;
- Evaluate occupationalrisks of the Company activities, develop and review the safety procedures and risk assessments, taking into account legal obligations, internal requirements and continuous improvement;
- Monitor workers' activities to identify risks and define measures to eliminate or minimize them;
- Investigation of occupational incidents and other possible work- related occurrences in the field of occupational safety;
- Plan, perform and document internal Health and Safety audits as defined by the department;
- Support the certification processes and follow up of non- conformities;
- Follow-up of the improvement suggestions process;
- Support Environmentalmanagement & Site Waste management;
- Support Installation QHSE trainings - theoretical & practical rescue training;
- Support on-site the installation teams to increase safety awareness and deploy best QHSE practices; Your Skills:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering (or related area) or undergraduate with proven experience in the field;
- Health and Safety level V technician;
- Fluent in English, other languages as a plus, German;
- Advanced knowledge ofMS Office tools, SAP as a plus;
- Preferred Quality & Environment Management experience;
- Train the trainer certificate;
- Work experience at least 3 years in a similar role;
- Good Communication skills;
- Time management;
- High level of flexibility and geographical mobility to work abroad;
