Quality, Health, Safety And Environment Technician

To be close to our installation teams all over the worldYour Tasks:• Ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations regarding health and safety at work;• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system;• Inform the QHSE manager as well as management about situations that jeopardize the health and safety of workers, especially those that require immediate intervention;• Advice, guide and promote awareness of all Workers in the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures;• Work together with Occupational Medicine to ensure the promotion and protection of workers' health;• Evaluate occupational risks of the Company activities, develop and review the safety procedures and risk assessments, taking into account legal obligations, internal requirements and continuous improvement;• Monitor workers' activities to identify risks and define measures to eliminate or minimize them;• Investigation of occupational incidents and other possible work- related occurrences in the field of occupational safety;• Plan, perform and document internal Health and Safety audits as defined by the department;• Support the certification processes and follow up of non- conformities;• Follow-up of the improvement suggestions process;• Support Environmental management & Site Waste management;• Support Installation QHSE trainings - theoretical & practical rescue training;• Support on-site the installation teams to increase safety awareness and deploy best QHSE practices;Your Skills:• Degree in Environmental Engineering (or related area) or undergraduate with proven experience in the field;• Health and Safety level V technician;• Fluent in English, other languages as a plus, German;• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP as a plus;• Preferred Quality & Environment Management experience;• Train the trainer certificate;• Work experience at least 3 years in a similar role;• Good Communication skills;• Time management;• High level of flexibility and geographical mobility to work abroad;• Able to work at height.You Get:• Extra days vacation;• Network of partners with discounts for employees;• Possibility to grow professionally and have international career.
