Quality Engineer (F/M/Div.)

Job DescriptionYour responsibilities as Quality Engineer will be:Design quality plans and apply quality tools and methods during industrialization of new products.Monitor and report quality results during the new products industrialization phase.Coordinate or participate in problem solving with structured methods; verify the effectiveness, track and handle response to complaints ensuring they are timely and adequate.Support improvement projects to enhance process performance, product quality or product reliability.Participate in regular quality meetings (process and customer);Monitor product and process quality performance during serial manufacturing.Report KPI / Quality Results to relevant stakeholders.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Engineering degree (Electronics prefered);Knowledge of quality and improvement tools (FMEA, 8D, 6 Sigma, CIP);Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology processes (preferred)Experience in quality and problem solving in industrial environment (minimum 3 years)Proficient in English - spoken and written;SAP experience (preferred);Good communication skills;Team-worker and dynamic person.Resilient and self motivatedEnjoy problem solving activitiesAdditional InformationWhat we offer you: Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.Success stories don´t just happen.
