As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all quality activities throughout the product lifecycle. You will serve as the interface between the factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
• Ensuring that defined Q-methods (e.g., FMEA) are applied in projects;
• Tracking the maturity level of projects;
• Conducting process audits;
• Identifying quality risks and defining countermeasures;
• Supporting safe launch activities within the product group;
• Coordinating projects for continuous improvement within the product group (new and existing products);
• Reporting and monitoring quality metrics (error rates and costs).
Our requirements:
• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in quality management and expertise in quality processes and quality management with ISO 9001, ideally also with IATF 16949;
• Solid knowledge of APQP/Stage Gate Process;
• Additional training in quality management (e.g., auditor, Six Sigma) is desirable;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Knowledge of MS Project and SAP is desirable.
