Quality Engineer

Main Role / Responsibilities:

Monitor the quality performance of products and processes;
Handle all customer and central logistics complaints, ensuring the rapid implementation of corrective actions in the field in order to prevent recurrences;
Promote the implementation of the appropriate quality tools for each of process;
Coordinate the work of the quality control team;
Ensure compliance with product requirements in accordance with corporate guidelines and standards;
Coordinate product and process improvement in order to promote interdisciplinary work as a source of continuous quality improvement.

Job Requirements:

High Degree in Engineering;
Training in Quality Management and Quality Audits;
Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment;
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Google tools command;
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
