We're looking for a Quality Control to support our prestigious client.
Main Responsibilities:Perform quality checks on completed analyst/senior analyst filesProvide coaching/feedback to analysts on both individual cases & wider process challenges/changesAct as an escalation point for project – providing clear and concise guidance in line with agreed project policies/proceduresProvide KYC SME guidance to Analysts / Senior AnalystsIdentify/escalate process gaps/issues and work with QC/Process team to rectifyWithin QC team, act as a decision maker in reviewing Quality Control process/policy for remediationEstablish and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levelsYour Responsibilities:Educated to Degree LevelMinimum of 3 years' experience of working within a KYC/AML environmentMinimum of 1 year's experience within Quality ControlRelevant financial service experience, ideally within risk, compliance or financial crime.Knowledge or experience of working with commercial or investment banking is desirableAbility to research, making use of the Internet and online systemsKnowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent English – B2 minimumDrive, Determination and Passion to succeedStrong Attention to detail & an analytical insightDetail oriented, with the ability to work independently and multi-task effectivelyFlexible to work in rotational shifts, time management, and ability to prioritize and work effectively to tight deadlines.Porque acreditamos no Talento sem etiquetas, estamos comprometidos com a não discriminação, promovendo a diversidade, a inclusão e a equidade no mercado de trabalho.
