Responsibilities: Match evaluation: post-match evaluation according to standard operational procedures for both Scouts and Supporters.Quality Checks: conduct in-depth checks of the match data with video picture analysis.Incident investigation: ensure operational incidents are properly investigated and escalated internally and externally.Third Level Customer Support: Deal with match data quality related client queries.Desired Qualifications: Knowledge around metrics to determine data quality.Sufficient multitasking skills to be able to observe data on various platforms in real-time.Ability to conduct a repetitive task according to SOPs with a high quality output.Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 live environment as the role involves weekends, night shifts and public holidays.Teamwork and collaboration: you work well within a team but feel confident with delivering tasks independently.Experience with regards to launching investigation processes, and with client communications.Excellent command of English in verbal and written form.Profound knowledge of technical devices and MS Office package.Sports knowledge of all sports as per the fast data product portfolio.Awareness and compliance/adherence to ISO 9001:2015 certification: You are aware that Stats Perform is ISO 9001 certificated.
