Location Sousel Discipline: Production Job type: Permanent Full Time Job ref: 006788 The Sousel manufacturing facility, Rayner Biomaterial, was purchased in 2022 by Rayner and is responsible for producing sterile OVDs based on hyaluronic acid. As this is a sterile product, the production areas have special environmental conditions that prevent contamination of the product by viable and non-viable particles. The factory has a production area of 417.66 m² divided into rooms classified Grade A (ISO Class 5), Grade B (ISO Class 6) and Grade C (ISO Class 7). What You'll Be Doing Microbiological Control and Testing Purified Water Sampling In Process Control Testing during the manufacture of OVD Goods In Tests Chemical Analysis of Manufacturing samples Preparing OVD sampling samples per External Lab Support with all other product release activities Support in QMS-related tasks (NC, CAPA, CI) Tracking, Trending and Interpreting data What Experience Do You Need Graduate in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology Laboratory experience Knowledge of English Experience in data interpretation Critical thinking Previous medical device experience Highly organised Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong IT skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Ability to relate to people at all levels with courtesy and professionalism Able to work effectively as part of a small team What We Can Offer You Private healthcare Wellbeing allowance Annual programme of fun events #J-18808-Ljbffr
