Quality Assurance Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting professionals with the following profile:
What do you need to have: Hard Skills:
University degree in an ICT-related field;
Profound expertise and extensive experience in Quality Assurance;
Over 2 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Service Manager, adept in managing projects, clients, teams, and financial aspects. Skillfully engaged in business development, excelling in crafting compelling proposals and comprehensive reports;
Capable of defining and applying formal quality standards in the IT environment;
Proven experience leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members;
Experience in the creation and implementation of QA Strategy;
Experience in the creation of QA Offer;
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks and methodologies;
Exceptional communicator with a strong people-oriented approach that prioritizes well-being and individual growth;
Meticulously organized in daily operations, coupled with a proactive and dynamic disposition, driving continuous progress;
Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in teamwork are mandatory;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Good level of English (Independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport);
ISTQB Certification; (plus)
International experience; (plus)
Experience in European Agencies (plus)
