Olympus Medical Products Portugal is a subsidiary of the Olympus Group. Its core business is the repair of optical and digital equipment's of the brand, offering to Olympus customers repair services that meet highest demands in terms of speed, approachability, reliability and consistency.
Your responsibilitiesComplaint Handling (PAE/PQI):
Communication of inspection results and discovery reports with the MSBU counterparts. This includes the significance between required repairs and recommended repairs according to the Olympus service standards
Completion of technical reports and documenting evidence of quality findings
Performs continuous improvement activities
Provide necessary support to quality issues
Working for Improvement of process and efforts

Quality System:
Maintain and develop the quality management system and its documentation to follow regulatory requirements
Monitor the compliance within the requirements of ISO 13485 standard.
Foster and promote a culture of QualityEducation / qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or equivalent (preferential)

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in operations, Industry environment, production or engineering.
Previous experience in quality or related function will be a plus (Not Mandatory).Specific skills:
IT knowhow (Microsoft 365)
English
Familiar with NP EN ISO 13485 (Not Mandatory)
