They build production-ready software for complex problems that require technical and innovative team combines:- software engineering ability;- technical expertise and versatility;- product and clinical awareness.The largest example of their work is the motion tracking and motion analysis engine that enables our AI Care Specialist to guide our members during their exercise sessions, providing a human-like Physical Therapy experience.What you'll be doing:Define and perform manual tests thereby ensuring product quality;Identify defects and track issues through resolution;Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures;Be an active participant in all parts of the software development process, cross-functionally, making sure testing "shifts left";Conduct investigations by analyzing logs and using internal support tools;Document functional requirements, test results, team processes and tutorials;Proactively and clearly report status and quality risks to stakeholders;Support Product Operations tasks such as configuring devices, conducting pilot/testing sessions with users, etc.What you need to have:A technical background, preferably Engineering OR Minimum 2 years experience in working in a Software Development team (in any role);Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);Ability to interpret and analyze data of different types;Ability to interpret and write functional requirements;Great time management and organizational skills;Proactive attitude, critical thinking.What we would love to see:Solid knowledge of software testing, testing tools and version control;Basic knowledge of Python (or scripting in other languages).To ensure you feel good solving a big Human problem, we offer:A stimulating, fast-paced environment with lots of room for creativity;A bright future at a promising high-tech startup company;Career development and growth, with a competitive salary;The opportunity to work with a talented team and to add real value to an innovative solution with the potential to change the future of healthcare;A flexible environment where you can control your hours (remotely) with unlimited vacation;Access to our health and well-being program (digital therapist sessions);Remote or Hybrid work policy: We have offices in Porto and Lisbon, so if you want to have face-to-face contact you can always work from there.
