We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry! What you'll do Key Responsibilities Compliance: Ensure all products and projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits. Process Improvement: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance product reliability and performance. Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in systems, collaborating with product and project teams to implement effective solutions. Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and production to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development. Requirements Must have Experience as Business Analyst or requirements engineer; Automotive industry quality requirements knowledge; Understandingof regulatory frameworks; Familiarity with process improvement methodologies; Fluent in English, spoken and written; Strong Technical Writing skills: ability to be clear and concise; Strong Organization and Planning skills; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; Learning mindset. Nice to Have Knowledge of Quality Standards (e.G. ISO 9001, ISO 25010, ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 26262, A-SPICE); Any Quality Certification (e.G.: ISTQB, CSQA, CMSQ, …); Knowledge of Android inner workings; Knowledge of Web apps and web APIs usage; Degree in an engineering field or IT background; Data analytics skills.
