In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a Quality and Process Referent to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid). Requirements: - Previous experience as a Project Management, with at least a know PM method, such as: V cycle or Scrum;
- 3+ years of experience in IT and Project Management;
- Experience with MS Office;
- Fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities: - Performance of quality reviews according to a methodology specificfor projects and applications portfolio;
- Support for the IT Teams in the application of the reference framework;
- Be a driving force in identifying plans to remedy the risks identified;
- Develop the IT process reference framework using a continuous improvement loop;
- Contribute to the scalability of the reference framework, standardizing the IT processes and providing the necessary documentary models.
