Responsibilities: Collaboration with CMO on:
Supporting the processes on designing and document the corresponding procedures; Supporting the processes on the compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements; Monitoring the Quality Service Management (QSM) procedures according to QSM Methodology; Ensuring the internal audits are are carried out according to ISO 9001:2015; Ensure the awareness and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Requirements: Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Management or similar; 1+ Experience working with project deliverables and evaluating quality of service; Experience in process design for IT Systems Companies; Experience with Atlassian Tools; Project Management Fundamentals (Certification is a plus); Experience or training in ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 is a plus.
