What you'll do Monitoring contacts (e-mail exchange);
Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
Creating reports based on your findings;
Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.
What you'll need Native written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian;
Good level of English minimum C1 (mandatory);
Interest, passion and solid experience as QA, understands customer service business and trends;
Experience in Social Media industry (desirable);
Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills;
Curious and sharp analytical mindset;
