Quality Analyst for a Social Media company – Norwegian speaker Are you focused on continuous improvement and standardization of working procedures? Then you are the Quality Analyst that we are looking for!
What you'll do Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
Creating reports based on your findings;
Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.
What you'll need Native written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian;
Good level of English, minimum C1 (mandatory);
Interest, passion, and solid experience as QA, understanding customer service business and trends;
Experience in the Social Media industry (desirable);
Fast learner with agile and adaptable skills;
Curious and sharp analytical mindset;
