WHAT YOU'LL DO This challenging position entails more than performing quality analysis and is all about breaking the barriers of current Quality Assessment practices: you'll be part of the decision-making process scaling the company's current quality practices and re-defining the future of quality at Carwow.
As a Quality Analyst in Carwow's Training and Quality Team you'll:
Assist multiple Carwow teams in the creation, implementation, and execution of quality practices including assessments;Highlight best practices and key areas for improvement to be used for agent performance improvement, internal process review, and training/coaching;Be actively involved in developing and delivering relevant and engaging coaching and training materials to address improvement opportunities detected;Make use of your unique cross-team profile to disseminate best practices and successes across teams.You are expected to think critically about our own processes and ways of working and encouraged to suggest improvements.
