In your role as QMtC Specialty Tires & Retread Processes Engineer, you are responsible for improving customer satisfaction and the overall QM System by ensuring the quality of the tire production process (and all related process steps) in the area of your scope of intervention (Mixing & Hot Preparation, Cold Preparation & Tire Building, or Curing & Final Finishing). You will identify process and product quality improvement potentials, ensure IATF 16949 conformity (focus area Specialty Tires), and support the definition, documentation, and maintenance of rules for areas involved while enforcing compliance on site assessments.QualificationsTechnical master or bachelor degree in Engineering or natural science background3 years' experience in a tire plant or other tire-related central functionsExperience in Quality ManagementKnowledge of tire production processesCertified Auditor according to IATF 16949Familiarity with quality core tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D)Knowledge of project management toolsGood communication and networking skills with different stakeholdersFluent in English (written and spoken)Willingness to travelAdditional InformationIntegration in a challenging and international work environment, featuring state-of-the-art technologies.
