JOB SUMMARY: Inspects and audits the processes and product to ensure they conform to the company's quality standards. Performs a variety of inspection tasks to determine compliance including receiving, in process and final inspection of parts, subassemblies and finished assembled products.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.Visual and dimensional inspection of wellhead and valve components to ensure conformance to Engineering drawings and specifications.Perform in-process inspection for setout/staged equipmentPerforming Final Inspection of all outgoing equipmentCompletes quality documentation accurately and legiblyVerification of job packages for complete signoffsMeasure dimensions using precision instrumentsHardness test partsReports time against jobsProcessing Nonconformance Reports (NCR) at location.Assisting with Field Performance Report (FPR) investigationsProcessing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) including inspecting inventory and processing NCR'sPerform other regular duties as assigned or requested.REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Required as the primary job function, Experience with Precision Measuring Tools performing Geometric Dimension & Tolerance inspection of machined parts, to detailed blueprints, with additional desired skill with CMM, Faro, Calypso/CAM2 or other CMM experience.
