We are looking for a QAE Automation - Test Manager with more than 5 years of experience who works independently and has a good level of communication.
What are we looking for?
Enable squads with QE approach and best practices to carry out all types of functional testing activities within tribe Investments.
Set up Test approach and best practices.
Perform System testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Contract-based testing, API-based testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Resolve queries and provide SME support. Ensure QA policies and QE practices are updated based on findings, and enhance training curriculum.
Carry out quality assurance/quality engineering assessment.
Perform QE automation framework assessment in the context of shift left, shift right approaches and automation requirements of squads.
Provide recommendations on the continuation of the current framework and required enhancements versus selecting alternative tooling.
Define and maintain test automation coding standards for automated tests.
