Requirements: Strong interpersonal soft skills (empathetic, communicative, etc.) Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / End-to-End Application Testing Experience in API Testing Knowledge of SQL / ETL Migrations Knowledge of Mobile Testing Previous experience with tools: JIRA, Xray, Confluence Experience with Dynamics (only for the consultant) Proven knowledge of ISTQB Best Practices, with a focus on applicability in an Agile context Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies "ISTQB" and "PSM I" certifications will be valued
