Must-Have:
3 to 5 years of experience in QA Manager roles
Proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken, is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, testing methods, and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium)
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Experience in team management, project planning, and coordinating cross-functional activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results and identify trends and underlying issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Would be great if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
Additional language skills are a plus
Certification in quality assurance or related fields (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage
