As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the QA team, implementing effective testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.For which tasks?Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing scope and priorities.Implement and continuously improve testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide guidance, training, and support to QA team members to enhance their skills and ensure the overall success of the QA process.Quality Assurance Processes:Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to maintain the highest level of quality throughout the development lifecycle.Conduct both manual and automated testing as needed, utilizing industry-standard testing tools.Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience of 5+ years as a QA Lead or QA Manager role in the game development industry.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with both manual and automated testing.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming platforms and genres.Why do we enjoy working here??
