Remote policy: Partial remote We're looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Assurance Team.  Main requirements
Required Competences: University degree in an ICT-related field;
Profound expertise and extensive experience in Quality Assurance ;
Over 2 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Service Manager, adept in managing projects, clients, teams, and financial aspects. Skillfully engaged in business development, excelling in crafting compelling proposals and comprehensive reports;
Capable of defining and applying formal quality standards in the IT environment. Quality of IT projects;
Proven experience leading and managing QA teams , including hiring, training, and mentoring team members;
Experience in the creation and implementation of QA Strategy ;
Experience in the creation of QA Offers ;
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks and methodologies;
Exceptional communicator with a strong people-oriented approach that prioritizes well-being and individual growth. Meticulously organized in daily operations, coupled with a proactive and dynamic disposition, driving continuous progress;
Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in teamwork are mandatory;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Good level of English (Independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport).
Nice to have   Preferred Competencies: ISTQB Certification;
International experience;
Experience in European Agencies
