Required Competences:University degree in an ICT-related field;Profound expertise and extensive experience in Quality Assurance;Over 2 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Service Manager, adept in managing projects, clients, teams, and financial aspects. Skillfully engaged in business development, excelling in crafting compelling proposals and comprehensive reports;Capable of defining and applying formal quality standards in the IT environment. Quality of IT projects;Proven experience leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members;Experience in the creation and implementation of QA Strategy;Experience in the creation of QA Offer;Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks and methodologies;Exceptional communicator with a strong people-oriented approach that prioritizes well-being and individual growth.
