Responsibilities: Ensure that software products meet the highest quality standards by conducting comprehensive audits and identifying areas for improvement; Review documentation, code, and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices; Perform risk assessments and identify areas of non-compliance within software engineering quality systems; Prepare detailed audit reports that outline findings, non-conformances, and areas for improvement; Maintain comprehensive records of all audits and follow-up actions to ensure continuous improvement; Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and development teams; Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software; Facilitate discussions and workshops to address audit findings and implement corrective actions. Requirements: +4 years of experience in similar and significant quality assurance or auditing roles; Experience in software engineering quality systems, including creating processes and templates and auditing quality deliverables; Certified ISO9001 auditor with strong knowledge of formal quality audits; Proficiency in reviewing and ensuring compliance with established quality standards; Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Availability to travel abroad as needed for audits and collaborations; Fluent level of English; Living in Porto or Braga (hybrid role).
