We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join the Helpdesk Platform team, who will be responsible for controlling the quality of this product.
The main goals of our product are to improve the quality of support service, reduce the amount of routine by automation and improving UI/UX, make agents' work more efficient, and provide more transparency of their results to their superiors.
The quality and speed of customer support is critically important to our company.
Key Responsibilities Analyze product requirements and create test plans for current tasks.
Perform manual functional acceptance testing both Frontend and Backend of our service.
Actualize the test model of our product.
Write, review, and maintain different types of autotests.
Take responsibility for and monitor QA metrics of the team (amount of bugs, coverage, etc).
We expect that you: Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in the role of QA Automation.
Have a solid grasp of client-server architecture.
Have proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, Cypress or similar testing framework or/and GoLang for writing autotests.
Have the ability to work closely with developers and product managers and build effective communications for solving current questions.
Are enthusiastic, pro-active, with good soft skills.
It would be great if you: Have proficiency in configuring CI pipelines.
