We are looking for a motivated and talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Porto.

What you will do
Work with Scrum teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle in collaboration with other teams and departments.
Application to test: Desktop Windows application.
Define test cases to meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring test traceability with requirements specifications.
Design and develop functional and performance test scripts for Web and RESTful applications.
Maintain test environments (Linux and Windows) with the possibility to work on CI/CD pipelines.
Execute test suites, collect results and execution evidence, and provide reports on the test activities.
Track and report software defects and collaborate on their resolution.
Technical profile
Must have
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Organized and structured in your approach to work, with excellent attention to details.
Proactivity and a great desire to learn.
Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies.
Experience in test automation and test management, and knowledge of test automation tools – best if Selenium with Cucumber.
Technological skills
Java, JavaScript, and Web technologies development.
Git version control system.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Nice to have
University degree (achieved or in progress) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
ISEB/ISTQB qualification.
Experience in software development with quality assurance exposure.
Knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab.
