Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our Frontline team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software product by designing, implementing, and executing test plans. TeamViewer Frontline is an enterprise productivity platform with fully integrated AR solutions. Your focus will be on automating test suites to improve efficiency and accuracy, and you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable feedback from an end-user perspective.

Establish a test automation process based on existing test documentation.
Develop, Review, and Execute Test Plans: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive automated test plans that cover all requirements and use cases.
Monitor and Maintain Automated Regression Runs: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily automated regression runs.
Integration of automated test cases into our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline in GitLab.
Collaborate with the Scrum Team: Active participation in grooming sessions with the Scrum team will be vital.
Foster Continuous Improvement: Embracing a continuous improvement mindset is important to us.
Collaborate with QAs from Different Teams: Our success lies in seamless collaboration.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Hands-on experience in testing or software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing test plans will be critical.
Proficiency in automation using Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, and Cypress framework is highly desirable.
Experience in writing automation tests using jUnit and working with Continuous Integration tools like GitLab CI/CD is a definite plus.
Previous exposure to Jira and TestRail will be beneficial.
Fluent English communication, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
