What you'll be doing: Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures; Test marketing campaigns and journeys to ensure they follow the expected experience and outcome; Identify errors, unintended results/outputs, missing data in workflows and provide recommended solutions; Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met; Document testing results and report on defects to stakeholders; Create QA SOPs for various types of growth initiatives; Become the go-to personfor stakeholders when further investigation is needed
