Alter Solutions Portugal is an IT Consultancy Company, promoter of Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group, created in 2006, in Paris.In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Python Tech Lead fluent in English to join our team in Lisbon.Mandatory skills requested for this position:A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus.Proven ability in development using Python.Demonstrated ability to rewrite and optimize code for performance in cloud environments.Extensive knowledge of cloud platform (Orange, IBM) and their services.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.Proven analytical and organizational skills.Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.English (B2) is Mandatory.Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous.Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
